Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a simple yet powerful healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional and performance issues. Fast!
EFT was created by US clinical psychologist Roger Callahan. Callahan discovered that stimulating acupressure / energy points while tuning in to the specific issue can lead to psychological and physical relief for a clients.
EFT has been successfully applied to a wide range of emotional problems such as fears and phobias, anxiety, trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, anger, guilt, grief etc. It can be applied to improve relationships, performance and skills.
Releasing limiting beliefs, unresolved issues, stored up anger and resentment gives you the freedom to feel happy, safe, secure and confident.
It is one of my favourite tools as clients can easily learn it themselves and apply it themselves at home.
While some problems require persistence with the technique over a period of time, and some will require the intervention of a skilled therapist, many ordinary people can learn EFT and apply it successfully to the general problems and stresses of living.
Note: Whilst EFT has achieved excellent results with many physical conditions the technique should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical care and should always be used in conjunction with medical consultation and intervention for such conditions.
